What’s a Zap?<\/h3>\n

A Zap is a connection between two apps made of a trigger and an action. Whenever the trigger event happens, Zapier will automatically make the action event happen for you. With this new feature, dispatching a form is the action. You decide what the trigger is, using your existing apps.<\/p>\n

Why would I dispatch a form?<\/h3>\n

Say you need to send a technician out to complete a specific one-time job. A Device Magic user can design a job-specific form and send it to the tech’s mobile device. The tech can then use the mobile form<\/a> to capture the job-related data and submit it. The form will then disappear from the tech\u2019s mobile device.<\/p>\n
